Step 1 - Fit

• Our initial conversation will be about you, your business and us.  This will ensure our values align to work together.
  
  

Step 2 - Review

• We will need to sit with you and understand your current financial system and financial structure of your business.
  
  

Step 3 - Scope and Price Proposal

• Since all of our proposal's are custom, we will create your proposal, then sit with you to walk you through it and answer any questions.
  
  

Step 4 - Contract and Onboarding

• We will put together a contract, payment authorization and consent release form.  Then we will schedule an onboarding call to get access to the accounting system, ensure all bank accounts and credit cards are linked, then begin our work.
  
  

Step 5 - Settling In

• Our team leads will be your main point of contact.  They will assist with any new software training that you may be using to input your purchases and billing.  They will also document your unique processes to ensure everyone on our team does the work the same way.
  
  

Step 6 - In the Flow

• Now that your transactions are running smoothly and we have determined regular touch points for your business, things will be cruising along.  We will still be in touch with any questions and available to answer your questions to grow your business.
